OFFICE POLICY:

  • We assist with filing insurance claims for payment of dental services
  • We accept Cash, Personal Checks, and all Major Credit Cards
  • We offer No Interest Payment Plans
  • We will process and file insurance for your convenience
  • 48 hours notice is required when changing or cancelling an appointment. A fee is assessed for appointments that are missed, cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours notice.
  • We meet or exceed OSHA's recommended safety standards.
  • We conform to the standards set by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
